Helpful is a series of photographs taken during extreme run Runmageddon Recruit Poznan in November 2015.

Over a thousand participants at the Hippodrome Wola in the rain and mud was fighting for the survival of the 6-kilometer route. Along the way, there were waiting for them 30 obstacles including walls, vertical rope, barbed wire, the hindrances (eg. slang Poznan) and others.
